Canada Post and Xpress Post:
You will receive your purchase 2 to 5 business days from the time we ship your order (Remote areas of Canada may take longer).  Our Free shipping offer will take 4-8 business days from the time your order is shipped (Remote areas of Canada may take longer).  You will have an option of either method at the time of purchase.  Some items may be subject to longer processing times based on availability.

Non Canadian Residents:
Shipping may take longer due to customs. Currently we will only ship to the USA and Canada.

RETURNS NEED APPROVAL:
Due to the intimate nature of most of the products we sell, we do not accept returns. To understand this policy, ask yourself if you would want to use a product that had already been shipped to someone else. As a result, it then becomes necessary to test all products requiring batteries before they are shipped to the customer to ensure they are functioning properly. This is for your protection (note: due to our testing policy, you may see certain products factory sealed packaging carefully opened to complete the product test). Further, any item that covers an intimate area is absolutely not returnable for your protection as well, but it is also the law.  By law, thongs, g-strings, teddies, bras, bikinis, and other intimately worn apparel are not returnable.

What happens if my product is defective?
Even with our testing policy, in the event that you still find an item to be damaged or defective upon receiving it, please contact us regarding getting it replaced and providing you with an return number and if needed a pre-paid shipping label.  However, we are not responsible for defects or damage caused by customer error.  In order for us to accept a return for damages or defectives, it MUST be approved through one of our customer service representatives.  This means you will need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RN) number.  Once approved, it will take 24-48 business hours before an RN is issued to you.

Important: packages returned without an RN number will be refused and sent back to you.  Your RN number is valid for 14 days.  Once issued an RN number, simply return the product in the same condition as when you purchased it, with any manuals, accessories, etc.  If a product becomes defective with use, any issues must be dealt with through the manufacturer via the manufacturer warranty card included with the product.

Can I cancel my order?
We do not allow cancellations for any reason before the expected delivery date.  If a product is out of stock and you do not wish to wait there is a 15% restocking fee or you can take a store credit for the full value of the item.  If the order has been shipped we are unable to cancel the order for ANY reason.  If you have ordered more then one item and some are in stock and some are not the in stock items will be shipped and cannot be canceled. 

Can I return a product?
No refunds will be provided for returned items, so please ensure that the items you ordered are suitable for you.  Please feel free to open a support ticket prior to ordering if you have any questions regarding a specific item.  If you would like to return an unused product it MUST be approved through one of our customer service representatives.  You can either exchange it for a more suitable item or get a site credit for future purchase; refunds will not be given.  As discussed above, you will be provided with an RN number for your return.  In such a case, you will also be responsible for the return shipping charges and the shipping fees for the new item, so please order carefully.  To return an item it must meet all of the requirements below.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

1.)  Goods MUST BE unused (we adhere to strict health and hygiene conditions at Adultsensations.ca).   IMPORTANT: All items shipped on or after September 2, 2009 will have security hologram stickers placed on the packaging.  If these stickers have been removed or cut, the item will NOT be exchanged or returned.  In addition, any items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.

2.)  Goods must be in their original condition & packaging

3.)  Goods must be received back at our office within 14 days from the day you placed your order.

4.)  ALL lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable.  All condoms, lubricants, lotions, or gels are non exchangeable.

5.)  All Packages returned to us "unclaimed" via Canada Post or Express Post will be subject to an additional shipping charge before being reshipped.

6.)  All claims for delivery shortages and damages must be reported to AS International Retail Inc. within 2 days of the delivery date. All goods are supplied with a 7 day fault warranty (faulty goods can only be returned for exchange not refund).

7.)  Adultsensations.ca cannot be held responsible for orders being delayed by incorrect information or declined credit cards.  All orders returned to AS International Retail Inc. with notification of an incomplete address will be subject to an additional shipping charge before being reshipped, as well as the shipping charged by Canada Post for returning the item.  Please check over your address carefully to ensure it is complete, including apartment numbers.

If we suspect that the "Sex Toys" have been used or any of the above conditions are not met we reserve the right to return the goods to you without notice. Notice is given that free offers will be accounted for if goods are returned.
