   This pole was quick and easy to set up, but it is very, very sturdy. I weigh about 120 and had no problem putting me entire weight on the pole. Not only is this lots of hot and sexy fun, but it's an AMAZING workout. I bought this as a gift for a friend's bachelorette party. Me and another girl set it up while completely inebriated, so that should tell you how easy it is to put up. Anyways, we had so much fun playing around with it at the party that I ordered one for myself as well! Even if you are single it would be a fun idea for a sexy workout to boost your confidence!
